Learn QuickBooks for A Better Solution to Columnar
After a few years of expenses increasing and columns increasing, my time also increased for tracking purposes. I don’t know about you, however, my time is most valuable to me. When I decided to learn QuickBooks, I discovered that QuickBooks and Quicken were a better solution to tracking expenses. QuickBooks and Quicken offer the ability to set up these “columns” in a different format. A report that is much easier to read and simpler tracking ability.
How Do I Find This Solution?
QuickBooks and Quicken can be purchased online at www.intuit.com and www.quicken.com or my favorite is Costco Wholesale. A great place to learn QuickBooks online are the classes offered by Real World Training, www.quickbookstraining.com for QuickBooks are available with thorough instruction and support. QuickBooks is my favorite for small business. Quicken is my favorite for household management. Quicken offers a different format tailored more towards household management.
Data Input for Household Management and Small Business
I understand that the data input task may feel a bit daunting. In my experience, I learned that if I enter data on a regular basis it is simple. Planning becomes much easier to see. Managing cash for my small business or household is much easier when I am tracking my spending. In addition, if there is ever a question on whether or not a bill was paid, there is record of it.
Easy Tax Preparation with Great Reports
After a year of the input of your data, it is very easy in both QuickBooks and Quicken to review reports from the previous year. It is also easy to look for any errors that may have been made and correct them. Depending on what your needs are for reporting to your C.P.A. or tax preparer, these reports offer comprehensive information. Every transaction will appear, for instance, all medical, dental, prescription, etc. will be listed and totaled.
